Our Call Center links valued clients with us at Jumhouriah Bank by calling us on (1500). The Call Center provides needed technical support without the need to refer to any of our branches. Many banking services can be obtained on the phone after the client’s identity is verified through answering a number of questions including national number and phone number.
The Call Center operates from 8 am to 8 pm. Incoming calls are received automatically with a capacity of ten calls being answered at the same time.
