Conducting Training Courses in Preparation for the Launch of the Upgraded Core Banking System

Within the preparations of the Jumhouria Bank to launch the upgraded
version of the core banking system (Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.3) in the upcoming days.
The HR Development Department has been implementing morning and
afternoon intensive training sessions since May 2022, targeting all employees of
the Jumhouria Bank branches, the aim of the training programme is to train the
employees on the working mechanism of the core banking system (Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.3), in order to enhance
their capabilities, and to keep pace with the latest technology developments.
